What I can do for you

Why therapy?

We all experience physical, emotional and spiritual crises at different times in our lives. This crisis can manifest as a physical or mental illness, a functional disorder such as Tinnitus, or an emotional breakdown. It may trigger feelings of apathy, loss, depression, anxiety and despair, rendering the road ahead unimaginable. We are often left feeling helpless and consequently struggle to find meaning in our world. I use the term ‘we’ because we are all aboard this human journey! By taking the courageous step to heed the call of the ‘crisis’ and engage in therapy to explore the meaning behind the crisis, we can empower ourselves to rise from the ashes of the ‘problem’ and start to live a more fulfilling and purposeful life than we did before, a life that is more aligned with our true selves. We are the experts of ourselves, therapy is a tool to unpack our inner wisdom.
